Theo Brugman is a senior project, engineering and construction leader, Project Recovery Specialist and Owner’s Representative with 35+ years of international experience across pharmaceutical, biotech, chemical and advanced manufacturing capital projects.
He has led major CAPEX programs up to €2.5B across Europe and Asia, working from front-end engineering through construction, commissioning, start-up and handover.
His core strengths include project and engineering leadership, construction execution, EPCM/EPC oversight, project recovery, interface management, governance, constructability, GMP/CQV integration, mechanical completion and handover.
